Install Microsoft Clarity on ShopBase store
Microsoft Clarity is a tool that helps analyze visitor behavior through session recordings and heatmaps. This guide will show you how to install Clarity on your ShopBase store.
Log in to your Microsoft Clarity account at https://clarity.microsoft.com/.
Create a new project.
In the project dashboard, navigate to the Install manually section. Click on Get tracking code.
From the provided script, copy ONLY the project ID.
Log in to your store admin dashboard. Go to Marketing and Sales > Sales Channels > Clarity.
Paste the copied project ID into the provided box. Click Save Changes to complete the integration.
