Browsers like Chrome only allow uploading files within 30 seconds. Heavy CSV files can lead to unsuccessful uploads with the accompanying message "The connection has timed out. Please try again later.". To fix this, you should split the file into a smaller size or connect to a faster network. The file cannot be more than 10 MB.

Click Upload file.

After that, you can preview your file. Click Upload file to finish.

Once the CSV file has been uploaded, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address registered with ShopBase.

To optimize importing speed, your product information with default images will be imported first. Other product images will be imported later. After receiving the confirmation email, if your product images haven't fully loaded, please wait 5-10 minutes.

B. Import products while retaining Variant ID information

If you want to update product data while keeping the variant ID:

Export the product information into a CSV file. Modify only the necessary details as per your requirements, do NOT change the variant ID in the file.

Re-import this file into ShopBase, ensuring to select the Overwrite existing products that have the same handle option.
