ShopBase sellers can export their product information to a CSV file for a variety of purposes, including:

Backup product list
Transfer existing products to another ShopBase store

This article will guide you to export product information to a CSV file.

Step by Step Tutorial

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Products > All products.


You can select the products you want to export and click Export.


If you want to export all products on the current page, or all products in your store, just click Export.


A dialog box appears as below


In which:

Check the box to select Use IDs from exported products for ads optimization (Facebook Ads, GMC,...) on your other stores if you want to reuse a product's tracking code to when importing this product to a new store. Please refer to this article for more information on maintaining product's tracking code when switching stores.
Choose the products you want to Export: with Current page, All products, Selected products.
Select the type of CSV file you want to export the information to in Export as.

Click Export.

If the list contains 50 or less products that need to be exported to a CSV file, the system will download the CSV file to your computer automatically. If there are more than 50 products, a CSV file will be sent to the email you used to sign in to the store (This email must be the store's owner or a staff account with Products & Catalog permission).
