View the order status page of an order
The order status page is the final page of your store's checkout that the customer sees. This page allows your customers to perform these tasks:
Checking the status of their shipment without needing to contact you directly
Seeing real-time updates on the location of their shipment
Continuing shopping in your online store
By default, the customer will receive the link to their order status page in Order Confirmation email and/or Shipping confirmation email. To visit order status page, please follow the instructions below:
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Online Store > All Orders. Click on the order you want to view the order status to be directed to its detail page.
Click on More actions > View order status page. Then you will be directed to the order status page that customer views. You can send this link manually to your customer.

Step by Step Tutorial
