For successful verification, the checkout page must include an opt-in consent that is not pre-selected. Click Update your checkout page to open the Website Builder, then click on Checkout Form and enable SMS consent.
For stores with Smart Optimize automatically enabled, you will need to turn OFF the Smart Optimize toggle or the Checkout toggle in order to adjust settings in the Checkout Form. You can find more details in this article.
Sending time of subsequent text messages must be longer than sending time of previous ones. For example, if First text message is set to send after 30 minutes, Second text message can't be sent sooner than 30 minutes.

If you want to add a new discount code, click Select discount code and select Create discount code in the drop-down menu. Enter your code information and click Add discount code.

To ensure compliance with regulations and maintain customer satisfaction, SMS messages will NOT be sent to customers between 23:59 and 6:00 AM (store setting time). Messages scheduled to be sent during this period will be automatically rescheduled to the next available time after 6:00 AM.
