Understand the quota of daily product creation on ShopBase

To ensure the traffic of your ShopBase store, especially during holiday and sales season, quotas will be set for variants, images, and daily product import on a store. The details are as follows:

A. Variant quota

Each product can have maximum 500 variants. For example, a product with 9 sizes, 7 colors, 7 types (9x7x7 = 441 variants) is allowed, but with 8 colors (9x8x7 = 504 variants) will be rejected.

You can import a maximum of 500,000 variants/day.

When the daily quota of variant import is reached, you cannot continue this process until the next day.

B. Image quota

The maximum number of images for a product is 500.

You can import a maximum of 300,000 product images/day.

When the daily quota of product image import is reached, you cannot continue this process until the next day.

C. Quota of daily product import/creation

Daily product creation

Each subscription plan goes with a limit on how many products you can add to your ShopBase store each day:

Fulfillment Only plan: 500 products/day.

Trial (14 days)/Basic Base plan: 3,000 products/day.

Standard Base plan: 6,000 products/day.

Pro Base plan: 30,000 products/day.

Enterprise plan (for selected users in China region only): 30,000 products/day.

The first 5,000 first products imported on the store (regardless of import methods) will be prioritized and estimated to be online in 30 minutes. From the 5,001 products onward, the import request will be queued to be online in 2 hours.

When the quota of daily variant and/or image creation is reached, you cannot import/create new products until the next day. Please refer to section A and B for more information on variant and image quota.

When the daily product creation quota is reached, you cannot continue this process until the next day, or you can upgrade your current subscription plan to increase this daily quota. Please visit ShopBase Pricing to see more information about subscription plans.

Quota of products added via URLs (on Migrate to ShopBase app):

Each subscription plan goes with a limit on how many product URLs you can add to your ShopBase store each day:

Fulfillment Only plan: 200 URLs/day.

Trial (14 days)/Basic Base plan: 200 URLs/day.

Standard Base plan: 1,000 URLs/day.

Pro Base plan: 10,000 URLs/day.

Enterprise plan (for selected users in China region only): 30,000 URLs/day.

When the daily quota of product added via URLs using Migrate to ShopBase app is reached, you cannot continue this process until the next day, or you can upgrade your current subscription plan to increase this daily quota. Quota of products added via URLs from AliExpress to AliDropship Connector app

1000 URLs/day.

Each store can't import more than 50 URLs per day from a domain before verifying the store ownership. Please contact our Chat Support to verify and remove this limitation.

When the daily quota of products added via URLs from AliExpress to AliDropship Connector app is reached, you cannot continue this process until the next day.

Quota of products added via By Connect a Shop (on Migrate to ShopBase app)

ShopBase allows you to import 5,000 products/shop.

D. Collection quota

The maximum number of collections that can be created per store is 5000.

When the collection quota is reached, you must delete old collections to create new ones.
