Understand the quota of daily campaign creation on PrintBase & ShopBase

To ensure seamless operation of ShopBase, PrintBase, and PlusBase stores, a quota will be set for daily campaigns created, duplicated, and bulk duplicated on a store itself. The details are as follows:

The maximum number of campaigns you can create/duplicate/bulk duplicate a day is 5,000.
If you create/duplicate/bulk duplicate a new campaign when the quota is reached, a pop-up will appear to notify you that the quota has been exceeded.

If you are using PrintHub app on ShopBase, when the quota of either daily product creation or campaign creation is reached, you cannot create new campaigns until the next day. Please refer to this article for more information about the quota of daily product creation on ShopBase.

If you are using PrintBase and PlusBase, when the quota of campaign creation is reached, you cannot create new campaigns until the next day.

B. Quota of hourly and daily campaign bulk duplication

The maximum number of campaigns you can bulk duplicate per hour is 500.
When the quota of hourly campaign creation is reached, you cannot bulk duplicate new campaigns until the next hour from your first bulk duplication.
If you are about to reach the quota of daily campaign creation (5000 campaigns), you can only bulk duplicate campaigns within the remaining number that you are allowed to. For example, if you are bulk duplicating 50 campaigns, but there are only 40 slots left until the quota is reached, you will need to delete 10 design files in order to bulk duplicate successfully.

C. Collection quota

The maximum number of collections that can be created per store is 5000.

When the collection quota is reached, you must delete old collections to create new ones.
