Set Pricing rules on Ali Dropship Connector
Ali Dropship Connector allows you to set automatic pricing rules for the app when you import AliExpress products into your ShopBase store. This feature helps you save time when you have to import product information in bulk. This article will guide you on how to set pricing rules in just a few steps.
From your ShopBase admin, go to Apps > Ali Dropship Connector > Settings.
Adjust the automatic price setting in Global pricing rules. There are two options, Multiply the cost by and Add more value to the cost respectively.
Multiply the cost by: You need to fill in the the factor for which you want to multiply the price of the product. For example: For a product that costs $10, if you select Multiply the cost by and enter 2 in the Price section, the product price on AliExpress will be multiplied by 2 when the product is imported to your store. In this case, the product's new selling price will be $20. The same rule is applied to the field Compare at price - the product's price before discount. By default, Ali Dropship Connector will set 1-1 values for the fields Price, Compare at price in Multiply the cost by category. You should make changes to the settings to match your store's pricing strategy.
Add more value to the cost: you need to enter the amount of money you want to add to the initial price on AliExpress. For example: For a product that costs $10, if you select Add more value to cost and enter $5 in Price section, the product price on your store will be $15. The same rule is applied to the field Compare at price - the product's price before discount.
The default currency is USD.
Click Save changes once finished.
