PrintHub guarantees that the order's tracking number will be available within 10 business days of the order being paid and meeting the processing requirements.
Subjects of application: All PrintHub Sellers.
Application period: Orders paid from February 1, 2023.
The Service-level Agreement (hereafter called SLA) for each order processing begins when the order is successfully paid, not when it is created.
Order processing time is measured in business days.
If the order processing time is delayed due to Seller issues such as errors relating to product artwork, mockups, addresses, custom options, .psd files of orders containing personalized products, etc. that require reconfirmation or correction from the Seller, the SLA begins when the final correct information is provided by the Seller and confirmation of the information is made by PrintHub, excluding the time it takes PrintHub to wait for the Seller to confirm and resend the information.
In cases where PrintHub issues notices about cut-off schedules, holidays, and other force majeure events, such as storms, floods, epidemics, etc., which can affect the order processing time, the extended period resulting from the above factors will be added to the SLA.
From the time the order is paid and all order processing requirements are satisfied, different compensation levels will be applied depending on how much the actual SLA for the order processing is exceeded:
If no tracking number is available after 11 business days: 10% of the order value is compensated.
If no tracking number is available after 12 business days: 15% of the order value is compensated.
If no tracking number is available after 13 business days: 20% of the order value is compensated.
If no tracking number is available after 14-15 business days: 25% of the order value is compensated.
If no tracking number is available after 16 business days or more: 100% of the order value is compensated.
Note:
For each case, PrintHub only applies the highest compensation corresponding to that case.
In this policy, the term "order value" includes the product base cost and the shipping fee.
Reconciliation:
Reconciliation cycle: Once per month on the 4th of the month (If it falls on a weekend or a holiday, the reconciliation will be done on the next business day).
Reconciled orders: Orders paid from the 1st to the final day of the previous month.
Reconciliation method: PrintHub will check the data of all orders on PrintHub (including orders created by the PrintHub app and orders imported into PrintHub) that were created/imported from the 1st to the final day of the previous month and had a tracking number after 10 business days (from the time the order is paid to the time the order has a tracking number).
Payment of compensation:
Compensation will be paid to the Seller's Balance on the 10th of each month (If it falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payment will be made on the next business day).
