Open PrintBase Sales Report
This article will guide you to open PrintBase Sales report. From there, you can get an overview of the store's profits and adjust the business plan accordingly.
From PrintBase admin site, go to Sales reports in Analytics.
In Sales report:
If you have more than one store, you can select the store that you want to see sales analysis by clicking on Current store and selecting the stores for which you want to see analytics. The stores are displayed in the drop-down menu.
By default, the sales analytics page shows today data. If you want to see data for a different time period, click Today then click the date as shown below and choose a date range you want, such as last 7 days, or you can set the date range. After selecting the time period, press Apply.
You can choose sales report type in Report by, including Gross profit, Campaign, Variant option, UTM source, UTM medium, Source / Medium, UTM campaign, UTM term, and UTM content.
You can choose to see campaign statistics with or without orders, or both by clicking Campaign has sales.
You can enter campaign name on search bar to view campaign report.
If you choose to view UTM source, UTM medium, Source / Medium, UTM campaign, UTM term, or UTM content report type, you can add a secondary dimension in the Add column section. Then, a column will be added next to the primary dimension, and the displayed data will be applied by both dimensions.
After the settings in step 2, you can view sales analysis right below.
Accounts with the permission to view Products which this staff is assigned will be able to view data of all products in Campaign sales report.
At the moment, only such data from November 01, 2021, to the present is reliable. Data prior to November 01, 2021, is still in the progress of migration.
