Create a Accessories cross-sell offer with Boost Upsell
An Accessories offer encourages customers to buy products that can be used with the main product (for example, an electric store will introduce accessories for mobile phones). ShopBase allows sellers to apply this method by displaying products related to the main product just below the Add to cart button on the product page.
This section will guide you on how to create an accessories offer for customers on Boost Upsell.
From ShopBase admin site, go to Apps > Boost Upsell. You can also access the Boost Upsell app by going to Marketing & Sales > Boost Upsell. Then, click on Accessories.
Click Create offer.
Enter offer's name and message.
Offer's name: This helps you manage offers easier. The application will automatically generate a name if you leave it blank.
Offer's message: This field is required to fill out. The app will not be able to save offers if the message is left blank. Besides, a meaningful message will help the offer become more attractive, creating excitement for customers.
Select the main product in the Choose Target products category. When customers view that product page, product recommendations for customers to buy together will appear:
Specific products: Click on Select product and the Select Product dialog will pop up, allowing you to select products in the left column. Click Continue with selected products to complete the product selection.
Specific collections: Click on Select collections, a Select Collection dialog will pop up, allowing you to select collections in the left column. Click Continue with selected collections to finish selecting collections.
Select the recommended products in the Choose Accessories products category. When customers view the main product page selected in step 4, the products selected in this section will appear as a suggested purchase.
Specific products: Click on Select product and the Select Product dialog will pop up, allowing you to select products in the left column. Click Continue with selected products to complete the product selection.
Specific collections: Click on Select collections, a Select Collection dialog will pop up, allowing you to select collections in the left column. Click Continue with selected collections to finish selecting collections.
Click Submit Offer to complete.
