This article is also available in:

In some cases, when accessing your online store, security tools or services (such as Norton Safe Web, McAfee, Bitdefender, or Google Safe Browsing) may display a warning such as Unsafe / Not Secure / Malicious Website. This is usually a false positive caused by incorrect domain or IP detection, outdated scan data not yet refreshed after system updates, or mistaken reports from users or third parties.

This warning does not affect your store’s actual data or security and can be resolved by submitting a report to the relevant security service. This article will guide you through the steps to resolve and remove the warning so customers can access your store normally.
