Customers can visit the order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. When you update order confirmation and shipping statuses, you can automatically send customers a link to the order status page by email, SMS text, or through the Shop app.

A. Send shipment details to customer after order fulfillment
When the order is marked as fulfilled and the order tracking site is attached on order detail page, a shipping confirmation email will be sent automatically to the customer email and log in Timeline section. In case your customer contact to claim about not receiving any email, you can press the button Resend email to resend the shipping email.

You can customize the email shipping confirmation. Go to Settings > Notification > Shipping confirmation.


B. Add order status tracking on thank you page
When the customers track their orders, they can find Order Processing Bar and Delivery Policy on your thank-you page, along with order information. C. Create and show order status page
You can add an Order Tracking page to your site so the buyers can track their shipment status when re-visiting your site (your customers can track their shipment using view order status link from order confirmation email sent after they completed their checkout).
