When the customers track their orders, they can find Order Processing Bar and Delivery Policies on your thank-you page, along with order information. These tools can boost your store's credibility and trust-worthiness.

A. Set up Order Processing Bar

Order Processing Bar will display the process of an order, and the stage where the tracked order is:



Steps:

From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > Thankyou page

Tick Enable order custom steps at Thank You Page



You can set up 4 steps maximum. Default first step is Order Placed and the last is Shipped, which are only changed based on your order update:
Order Placed: when an order is placed successfully on ShopBase
Shipped: when an order is marked as Fulfilled on ShopBase

You can set 2 custom steps in between, and how long will the status be updated. Older orders' status will be calculated and adjusted accordingly. In case the order is either canceled, in dispute, or refunded, Processing Bar will be hidden at the Thank You page.

B. Setup Delivery Policies

Delivery Policies will be placed on the right column of the Thankyou page. Here you can show information of your delivery and shipping.



Steps:

From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > Thankyou page

Tick Enable Delivery Policies at Thank You Page

You can set up 3 policies maximum. There are 2 pre-filled policies that you can edit or remove according to your desired settings. Save your change when you finish.
