Auto-Update Selling Prices for PlusBase Store
When processing orders in a PlusBase store, you may encounter an increase in the dropshipping product cost due to changes from the AliExpress supplier. This can lead to decreased profits if you cannot adjust the selling price in time. The Auto-Update Selling Price feature allows you to automatically adjust your selling price in response to cost increases, helping to maintain your profit margins.

In PlusBase store admin, go to Dropshipping Products > All Products > Manage Prices.
Here, you can configure the rule with the following components:
Apply for: Select one of the following options to determine which products the rule applies to: All products, Specific product, or Specific collection.
Stop selling product when the cost increases more than: Check this option and enter the amount; when the product price increases beyond this threshold, the product will automatically be hidden from the store and stop being sold.
Auto adjust prices to match cost increases: Enable this option to continue selling the product by adjusting the selling price. The selling price will increase by the same amount as the product cost increase.
Round up selling price: For example, if you enter 0.99 in the box and the new price is $4.23, it can be rounded up to $4.99 to appear more appealing.
Set maximum price increase: Prevent excessively high price adjustments by setting a cap on the price increase. For example, if you set the maximum price increase to 10, and the cost increases by $11, the maximum price increase will be $10, and the selling price will not go beyond the capped value.
Rule limitations
You can set up a maximum of 5 pricing rules for 5 different product groups.
Each product can only have one rule applied. If you select the rule to apply to All products, you cannot add additional rules (the button will be grayed out).
If a product falls under two rules, the first rule takes precedence.
To track the product update:
View summary on admin home page: the admin home page displays a summary of:
The total number of products with updated prices.
The total number of hidden products.
Use filters the product list
Has price auto update: Filter to view products with automatically updated prices.
Unavailable products: Filter to see products hidden from the store which are marked with a yellow note.
Check product details
Hidden products: Display a warning message, Product has been automatically hidden from your store.
Updated selling price products: Show a note, Selling prices have been auto-updated.
Click on View updated price button to see the details, including the increased product cost and the changed selling price. You can adjust the prices if needed.
