A. How can I purchase products with PlusHub?



After 1-3 business days, we will send you the quotation via email. If you want PlusHub to stock a specific number of products, please make payment first by following these steps as guided in Purchase products in PlusHub.

B. How can I make payment?



Your payment will be processed by ShopBase Balance. Please refer to this article to understand more about ShopBase Balance.

C. When will my stock be available?



Arrival time at warehouse varies for each product.

It usually takes about 4 days and is included in your quotation.

D. Do you require a minimum level of inventory?



No, we don't. Products can be stored regardless of the quantity.

However, we recommend to keep your inventory at a level that can meet your customers' demands.

E. Can you send me a picture of my product when it arrives at the warehouse?



Yes, of course. Please contact us and let us know the product name or URL. We will send the picture within 24 hours.
