You can review your abandoned checkouts to find patterns that might suggest why your customers aren't completing orders.

From your ShopBase admin, go to Orders.
Click Abandoned checkouts.

B. Manually send your customers a link to their abandoned checkout

From your ShopBase admin, go to Orders > Abandoned checkouts.
Click the abandoned checkout that you want to recover.
Copy the recover link in the Timeline section
Send a recover link to your customer's email.

The Abandoned checkouts emails report by ShopBase helps you to understand better how effective those emails are at bringing your customers back to finish a transaction.

The report tells you how many sessions and completed orders have resulted from the reminder emails. You can also see information like conversion rates, total amount of sales, average order value, average number of products sold, and how many customers were first-time buyers.

You can manage abandoned checkout analytics by:

Recovery revenue: the total sales of Abandoned checkout orders that the customers complete after the store owner sends an email / SMS to remind customers about order completion
Recovery rate: the ratio of the total number of completed Abandoned checkout orders after the reminder email / SMS is sent compared to the total number of Abandoned checkout orders
Recovery order: the total Abandoned checkout order that the customers complete after the store owner sends an email / SMS to remind about order completion
Email/SMS conversion funnel: Sent (the number of Abandoned Checkout orders have been sent the Recovery Abandoned Checkout email / SMS) - Clicked (the number of Abandoned Checkout orders that customers click on the link in the Recovery Abandoned Checkout email / SMS) - Order complete (the number of completed Abandoned Checkout orders after customers click the link in the Recovery Abandoned Checkout email / SMS)



Notes:

In some cases, the total number of completed Abandoned Checkout orders in the Order section is greater than the number of orders in Order Complete because after receiving the Recovery Abandoned Checkout email / SMS, customers can re-visit the website and complete their order in many different ways. For example: Direct access or access by clicking on the link in the email / SMS sent. And all are counted in the Order section.
