Other than processing orders and taking payment, you can manage your customers' orders at ease from viewing the order, taking notes to archiving an order.

A. View an order

From your ShopBase Store admin, go to Orders >> All Orders.
Here you can find order ID, Date, Customer name, Payment status, Fulfillment status, Total Order value. For more details, please click on the Order ID to go to Order details page. The order IDs are listed under ORDER column.

How merchants search for orders on store admin

Orders can be grouped by order status, fulfillment services, filter tools, or search results.



The following order details can be searched here:
Order IDs
Customer's name
Customer's email

B. View an order's Timeline

You can keep track of each order's activities at the order timeline. The steps are as follow:

From your ShopBase admin, go to Orders > All Orders. Click on the order ID.
Scroll down to Timeline section.



Here you can find:
Time of order placement, fulfillment, cancellation or any other update, and who has made such update
Transaction ID and their payment gateway used
Reason(s) of failed charges (if any)
Resend email about the order to your customer. You can resend emails for: Order confirmation, Order cancelled, Order refund, Shipping confirmation, Shipping update



C. Add tags or notes, or edit an order

From your ShopBase Store admin, go to Orders >> All Orders.
Here you can find order ID, Date, Customer name, Payment status, Fulfillment status, Total Order value. For more details, please click on the Order ID to go to Order details page. The order IDs are listed under ORDER column.
On the right columns there are Notes, Customer details, and Tags. Click Edit to update or add information here. New notes and Tags added to the orders won't be shown to the customers.
Click Save changes at the end of Order detail page to finish.

D. Contact a customer about an order

When there're problems about their order, such as incorrect address, out-of-stock items, etc., merchants should contact the customers as soon as possible to update them about the situation. The contact information can be checked at:

Order detail page, on Contact information
Customers section >> Customer detail page

Then merchants can find the customer's email address or phone number to contact them.

E. View the order status page of an order

The order status page is the final page of your store's checkout that the customer sees. This page lets your customers:

check the status of their shipment without needing to contact you directly
see real-time updates on the location of their shipment
click to begin shopping in your online store again

By default, the customer will receive the link to their order status page in Order Confirmation email and/or Shipping confirmation email. To visit order status page, please follow the following steps:

From your ShopBase Store admin, go to Orders >> All Orders. Click on the order ID to view the order detail page.
Click on More actions >> View order status page.
Then you will be directed to the order status page that customer views. You can send this link manually to your customer.

F. Archive a fulfilled order

To archive an order, you can:
View your order detail, and click More actions >> Archive

On All orders page, tick the boxes beside order(s) you want to archive, then select Actions >> Archive orders
