Understand PlusHub dashboard
PlusHub is a dropshipping agent that sources, stocks, and fulfills any trending product with fast shipping & high product quality assurance. With PlusHub, you can now source high-quality products directly from your ShopBase admin, effectively manage your inventory, and fulfill and deliver your dropshipping orders to customers within a short period of time at super preferential prices.
In this section, we will give you an overview of PlusHub dashboard along with its key features. PlusHub dashboard helps you start your fulfillment process step by step.
From your ShopBase admin, go to Fulfillment > PlusHub.
You can see the default PlusHub dashboard in which includes 2 parts: The PlusHub analytics report and the Overview PlusHub onboarding section.
The Overview PlusHub onboarding section includes 3 steps: Overview of PlusHub, Request quotations for best offers, Fulfill orders. It helps you know how PlusHub works from finding your products to fulfill your orders. Once you finish all steps, this onboarding section will disappear and you can focus on using the application.
In the PlusHub analytics report, you can see the following numbers:
Fulfilled: The actual number of fulfilled orders in your PlusHub app.
Awaiting stock: The actual number of fulfillment requests and stocks on the way to PlusHub's warehouse.
Processing: The actual number of orders in the process of packing after they arrive in PlusHub's warehouse.
Unfulfilled: The actual number of orders ready to be fulfilled by PlusHub.
You will also be notified if any action is required that may cause a delay in your fulfillment process.
