Transfer a ShopBase-managed domain to another domain provider

If you want to transfer a domain purchased through ShopBase to another domain provider, follow the instructions in this article.

Before transferring your domain, make sure that:

  • The domain was registered at least 60 days ago.

  • The domain has been verified. You can check the verification status on the Domain management page. If the status shows Not verified , the domain has not been verified yet.

Get the transfer code

From your ShopBase admin dashboard, go to Online Store > Domain > ShopBase-managed domains, then click Manage.

Under Domain Registration, disable Privacy protection and Theft protection.

Open Domain Secret to view and copy the transfer code.



Use this transfer code to complete the domain transfer with your new domain provider. If you need further assistance with the transfer process, please contact your new domain provider.
