Set up automated domain renewal when buying new domains

Set up automated domain renewal for domains purchased from ShopBase previously

You can also access your ShopBase-managed domain list in your Select a shop page. After you have successfully signed into your account, in the Select a shop page, click on your user's name and select Domains.

In the Domains list, select the domain you want to automatically renew.


You can disable this feature to manually renew your domain upon your wish.
B. Manually renew your domain
Manually renew domain via email
30 days and 7 days prior to the domain's expiration date, you will receive a domain renewal reminder email.

You can also access your ShopBase-managed domain list in your Select a shop page. After you have successfully signed into your account, in the Select a shop page, click on your user's name and select Domains.

In the Domains list, select the domain you want to manually renew.



You will receive a domain renewal reminder on 30 days and 7 days prior to the domain's expiration date so that you can pay the fee manually, or ShopBase will charge you automatically if the domain is still in use and the setting to automatically renew your domain is enabled.

You can renew your domain within 13 months since the domain expiration date. If the domain is not renewed after 13 months, it can no longer be available for renewal but will be made public for repurchase.
If you renew an expired domain, it will be reconnected within 24 hours.
