If the Total Balance is below the default threshold of $0.00, ShopBase will initiate an automatic top up transaction from the credit card linked to ShopBase Balance for the negative amount.
If the negative amount is less than or equal to $5.00, ShopBase will automatically top up $5.00 directly from the credit card linked to ShopBase Balance.
If the negative amount is greater than $5.00, ShopBase will automatically top up the exact negative amount directly from the credit card linked to ShopBase Balance.
If the Total Balance is greater than the default threshold of $0.00 but the Available amount (*) in your Balance is below this default threshold, ShopBase will initiate an automatic top up transaction from the credit card linked to ShopBase Balance for the negative amount.
(*) Available amount = Available to payout + Available soon amounts
If the transaction fails or is rejected, ShopBase will recharge your Balance once every 24 hours. If the transaction fails or is rejected 5 times in a row, the user account will be temporarily suspended and all stores in use will be temporarily frozen.
Store data will remain for 30 days after the account is suspended.
To re-open your frozen stores due to negative balance and continue using them, you must cover negative amounts in Balance by following steps:
Log into your ShopBase account.
Then, you can click Pay now to pay for the outstanding amount from your credit card directly linked to your Balance or click Update payment method to replace a new credit card if top-up transactions cannot be made with the current one. Then, the outstanding amount will be automatically settle by this new card.
After the top-up transaction is made successfully, your store will be re-open for you to access as usual.
If the reopening date is after the subscription’s expiration date, you must pay for the new subscription fee.
