To get started, you will need to sign up for a PrintBase account, and in this guide we will show you how to create a PrintBase store to start your seamless trial.

A. Create your own PrintBase store for the first time

You can start with creating your first POD store by visiting this article here.

Enter the name of your store, click Start free trial and follow our instruction to build your own PrintBase store.

B. Create a PrintBase store when you've already had a ShopBase store

On your ShopBase store, click on Your name on the bottom left of the dashboard admin > Choose option Select another shop then you will be redirect back to Account Page

Press on button Add a new shop to enter the name of the new shop. Answer some follow-up questions and on question What type of store do you want to create?, please choose Print-on-Demand to create your PrintBase store.

C. Get the most out of your trial

PrintBase brings out many great features to help create and optimize your Print-on-Demand store at ease. This free trial could help you to get the best overview of how PrintBase features can help to increase sales and expand your business.

Try all our features to make the best of your trial by:
Creating and launching the first product campaign using your artwork with a variety of high-res mockups to test whether they display perfectly in your online store.
Creating product collections to make your store well-organized.
Building the Art Work Library to save time uploading designs.
Setting up your Payment with our built-in payment provider or choosing other third-party payment providers supported by PrintBase.
Getting used to with the Settings page in your PrintBase admin dashboard to know how to effectively manage your online store.
Exploring the Theme Settings to get an idea of what you might want your store to look like.
Installing PrintBase apps to add more functions that help to improve your store's revenue.

D. Upgrade your trial

Subscription fees are the recurring charge for using PrintBase. Annual fee is charged with a discount on the subscription amount compared to monthly one. At this moment, the subscription fees are paid via the store's balance.

Merchants that have subscribed a pricing plan during their free-trial won't be charged immediately. They will pay for the fee when the subscription starts after free-trial period.

From your PrintBase admin dashboard, go to Settings and select feature Account.

In the Account overview section, you can see your current plan. Add your coupon code then click Apply first to get your discount.

Click Activate my plan and fill in the information needed to complete your plan registration.

Put your coupon in here...

...then Activate your plan to enjoy the great discount!

Feel free to upgrade your plan whenever you want during the trial without losing any of the work that you’ve put into your store.

E. Close your store

In case you want to cancel your PrintBase store during your free trial and haven't yet selected a pricing plan, then there is no need for you to take any action. Your store will be frozen and we won't charge for anything when your trial expires.

If you choose a pricing plan before your free trial ends, then you need to manually pause or close your store to cancel your subscription. Please refer to our instruction here to help Close your PrintBase store.
