Add tags or notes, or edit an order
Tags and notes are comments, labels which are seen by staff only. Tag and notes can be used to search and manage orders, products. You can also use them to organize products in collection, categorize and order in search results.
From your ShopBase Store admin, go to Orders > All Orders
Here you can see a list of orders. Click to see the details of an order you want to edit.
In the right corner of the screen, you can find several sections to edit, such as Notes, Contact Information, Shipping address, and Tags. Click Edit to update or add information. After that, press Save. As for the tags (used to manage and find orders more easily), enter the tags you want in the Tags box and hit Enter to add tags.
Click Save changes to finish.
