Create a Contact us page
Contact us is an important page for customers to reach out to you or your business to ask for support during their shopping at your store. This page should be created on every store and set wherever easy to navigate, so that the visitors can send their questions and tackle unexpected issues as soon as possible. On ShopBase, the Contact us page might include short description/phone number or email address, contact form (optional). When a new request is submitted, an email will be sent to the store's customer email. This article will guide you on how to create a Contact us page and add it to menu.

By default, all ShopBase stores will have a built-in Contact us page. You can edit the page content according to your business's preference.
From ShopBase admin site, go to Online Store > Pages.
Click Contact Us.
Edit the title and content.
In the Visibility section, you can choose whether you want your webpage to be published or not. By default, your new webpage will be visible when you click Save. Select Hidden if you want your new webpage to be hidden from your online store.
Click Save.
You can also create a Contact form which allow customers to leave messages to your store so you can contact them later. In the Template section, choose Contact Us.
Click Save.
By default, the new form will display at the end of your page content as below. Customer's email will be directly sent to your store's customer email.
Your store's customer email is set up in Settings > General > Customer email.
From ShopBase admin site, go to Online Store > Navigation.
In Navigation page, click on the menu title you want to add Contact us to.
Click Add menu item.
Fill the name in Name field like the title of Contact us page and select link to Contact us in Link field. Click Add.
Click Save menu.
