A. What if I want to install other tracking tool to my ShopBase store?

Adding scripts to your storefront might bring many benefits to your business and you can totally do so with your ShopBase store. To add a third party tracking tool to your ShopBase store, kindly request for a JavaScript snippet from your tracking tool provider.

Currently, ShopBase allows any of the following HTML tags to be added:

For <head> section:
<link> </link>
<meta> (such as Google Merchant Center) </meta>
<script> (such as Hotjar tracking script) </script>
<style> (for custom css code) </style>
<noscript> </noscript>

For <body> section:
<script> </script>
<noscript> </noscript>

Add additional scripts to run on your storefront

At your ShopBase admin, go to Online store > Preferences.
At the Additional scripts section, add the scripts into the Head or Body:
Save your new changes.
