Understand Print Hub order status

On the Orders page you can manage all of your orders produced by PrintHub's suppliers. In this article, we will help you understand different order statuses on the Orders page.

To open the Orders page, from your ShopBase admin, go to Apps > Installed apps > Print Hub.


In Fulfillment, select Orders. Here you will see all orders sorted into tabs corresponding to its status.


All: All of your orders will be listed here to give you an overview of your business.

Other Fulfillment Services: Store's orders that are handled by other parties.

Awaiting Payment: The orders have been paid by your customers to the store and are currently awaiting payment from the store owner to the PrintHub suppliers. PrintHub will charge payments for these orders at 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM (UTC + 0) daily. Please refer to this article for more information on how to pay for your PrintHub orders.

In production: The orders have been paid to PrintHub suppliers and are currently waiting to be printed and shipped to the customers.

Shipped: The orders have been fulfilled and delivered to your customer's hands. Tracking numbers and notifications have been sent to your customers automatically. The tracking numbers are also updated on the order status page so you can easily keep track of them.

Cancelled: When you cancel/partially cancel or refund/partially refund orders, they will be displayed here. You can only cancel unpaid orders, since paid orders have been sent to our suppliers for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled at this point.

Failed: Orders with issues or errors will be shown here. We may need you to review and update your orders accordingly. If issues cannot be resolved, please contact us for more information.

On Hold: You can put your orders on hold if you need additional time to confirm them. You can only hold unpaid orders, since paid orders have been sent to our suppliers for fulfillment and cannot be held at this point.
