On PlusBase, maintaining the safety of our community is a responsibility we take very seriously. To keep your business healthy and trustworthy, your product listing must strictly adhere to PlusBase content and product listing policy. Before editing your product content on PlusBase, users in the Bangladesh region should carefully read the following terms and conditions.
It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the product listing content adheres to the PlusBase content and product listing policy. In the event of a violation, PlusBase reserves the right to correct inaccurate content at any time, which takes effect immediately after the content is posted. PlusBase is not liable for any changes in store traffic or conversion rates after the infringing content is removed.
The Seller will be fully responsible for any issue resulting from a product description inconsistent with the PlusBase content and product listing policy, subject to PlusBase's negotiation with the Buyer (Refund/Resend). If the Buyer files a dispute with the payment gateway, the Seller is responsible for all costs incurred in accordance with the payment gateway's processing regulations. This also applies when a violation notification was not sent prior to the customer dispute.
