If you want to view or adjust inventory levels of products in your store, you first need to enable ShopBase to track and update inventory for product / product variants. In this article, we'll walk you through how you can set up ShopBase to track your product inventory in just a few steps.

Step by Step Tutorial

From your ShopBase admin, go to Products

Click the name of the product that you want to track.

In the Inventory policy section, select ShopBase tracks this product's quantity. After that the Quantity field appears and you can enter the inventory quantity.


If you want to edit the inventory of a product variant, click on the pen image corresponding to that product variant in the Variants section. The system leads you to the page to edit product variations, scroll to the Inventory policy section, select ShopBase tracks this product's quantity. Then the Quantity field appears and you can enter the number of product variants in stock in the box.


Click Save changes

Note:

Besides, you can use Bulk editor feature to change settings to allow ShopBase to track inventory for multiple products.
