Manually order processing is the execution of actions on the store administration system so the system recognizes you have processed the order and allows you to submit shipping information (e.g. : bill of lading code) for the customer. Manual order processing is different from order processing using apps like Ali Dropship Connector, CrossPanda, PrintHub. When you choose to process orders through the apps ShopBase provides, ShopBase helps you connect with your suppliers so they can produce and ship your customers. Meanwhile, if you process orders manually, you must manufacture, package, ship or find an outside supplier to do so before submitting information to the system to confirm that order processing has been completed. This order processing method can only be done with a single order. Also you can fulfill multiple orders by CSV files.

Step by Step Tutorial

From ShopBase admin site, go to Orders. Choose Manage Orders and click on unfulfilled orders you want.

In the orders detail page, click Mark as fulfilled

You will be directed to the next page where you can:

Check and edit shipping address in Shipping address
Check and edit product quantity for customers in Quantity to fulfill
Enter the bill of lading in Tracking number and choose the carrier in Shipping carrier in Tracking information
Select Send shipment details to your customer now if you want to send delivery information to customer
Click Fulfill items to complete
