Why is the registration button not showing on my store's admin site?
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Settings > General > Store address and check if your store's country is in the list of supported countries by ShopBase Marketplace Payments. If yes, ensure that you have selected a subscription plan in Settings > Account and your billing information is set up successfully in Settings > Billing.
If the ShopBase Marketplace Payments registration button still does not show up on your store admin site after you have completed all of the above steps, please contact our support team via Live Chat for further assistance.
If I don't have a contract with my suppliers, what can I upload in Contracts and related documents section of my registration form?
If a contract with the suppliers is not available, you can upload the following documents:
Email transcript that shows the history of goods exchange/ purchase with suppliers.
Screenshots of invoice payment on big e-commerce platforms such as 1688, Aliexpress, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
These documents must contain information about products you intend to sell via ShopBase Marketplace Payments.
If I have no previous sales on other platforms and/or no dispute history, what document should I upload in Dispute history in other platforms section of the registration form?
You can create a .csv file, enter "No dispute" in the file, and upload it in this section.
Can I still make changes to the information in my registration form (for example, date of birth) after it has been submitted?
Yes, if you wish to make any changes, please contact our support team via Live Chat for further support.
Changes can only be made during the registration review process.
How long is the registration review process?
Each registration form will be reviewed by ShopBase immediately once we receive your registration form and the review period will not exceed 7 calendar days. ShopBase will contact you via your registered email if additional information is required. The result of approval or rejection will be notified via your registered email address.
What types of products can I sell with ShopBase Marketplace Payments?
Physical products.
Products that contain no DMCA violation listed in ShopBase Brand Name Blocklist, which you can refer to for the official blocklist of brand names provided by ShopBase.

What are the fees for ShopBase Marketplace Payments?
For ShopBase Marketplace Payments, there will be a payment processing rate of 3.95% + $0.3 applied for each order. Please refer to ShopBase Marketplace Payments Pricing for more information.
What will the Payment method section look like in the Checkout page with ShopBase Marketplace Payments?

Why is the registration button not showing on my store's admin site?
