Set up drop-down menus
A drop-down menu is a menu that contains a list of sub-items entailing other smaller items. When the user clicks on the main menu, the list of sub-items will be displayed in a drop-down format. When the user clicks on those sub-items, a list of other sub-items beneath it appears. Please see the graphic below to learn about the structure of a drop-down menu.
In this article, we will guide you how to create a drop-down menu for your store.
From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
Click the title of your menu.
Click and drag the sub items to put below other items. If the sub item does not exist, you can create a new one and then click and drag down the other items as shown.
Click Save menu.
The top-level item can have up to two levels of nested drop-down menus.
