A. Check recent login history

Reviewing recent account login history regularly would lessen the risk of getting compromised. Only Account Owner has access to view the Recent Login History.

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Settings > Account.

In Account page, go to Account and permissions section > Account Owner > click on View your profile.

Scroll down to Recent login history on Your profile page.

Note:

Access from an ISP, Location, or IP address you don't recognize may indicate that the account has been compromised and should be reviewed further.

B. How to log out all staff accounts

Account Owner has option to log out Staff Accounts from all devices in case the account has been compromised.

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Settings > Account.

In Account page, go to Account and permissions section > In Staff Accounts section, click on Log out all staff accounts.
