A. Check recent login history

Reviewing recent account login history regularly would lessen the risk of getting compromised. Only Account Owner has access to view the Recent Login History.

Step by step Tutorial

On your ShopBase dashboard, go to Settings >> Account


From your Account page, go to Account and Permissions section >> Account Owner >> click on View your profile


Scroll down to Recent login history on Your profile page.


Note:

Access from an ISP, Location, or IP address you don't recognize may indicate that the account has been compromised and should be reviewed further.

B. How to log out from all devices

Account Owner has option to log out Staff Accounts from all devices in case the account has been compromised.

Step by step Tutorial

On your ShopBase dashboard, go to Settings >> Account

From your Account page, go to Account and Permissions section >> Account Owner >> click on View your profile

Under Staff Accounts section, click on Log out all staff accounts



C. Reset your password

Step by step Tutorial

On your ShopBase dashboard, go to Settings >> Account

From your Account page, go to Account and Permissions section >> Account Owner >> click on View your profile

On Your Profile page, go to Password Reset section and click on Change the password


Enter your new password and Save changes.
