A. What happens when my product is out of stock on PlusBase?

When the available supply capacity reaches its limit, your product will be made out of stock on PlusBase.

When a product is marked out of stock:

The product will be marked out of stock in Catalog or Private request. You cannot import an out of stock product into your PlusBase store until it becomes available again.

Out of stock product

You cannot import an out of stock product to your store
The product will be removed from the Import list on PlusBase.
You will be notified via email immediately when the product is out of stock.
If the product has been imported and made available for sale in your store, it will have a sold out status on your storefront after at least 4 hours after the email notification. In the email, you can find the time when the product will be sold out. Before then, all advertising for this product should be halted.

B. How to know if my product is back in stock?

You will be notified via email when the product is back in stock.
Once the product is back in stock, you can import it from the Catalog or Private request to your store. Please refer to this article for a tutorial on how to import product from PlusBase Catalog and Private request.
If the product has been previously imported to your store, its sold out status will be removed. The product will be available for your customers to re-purchase again.
