A. Understand the Dashboard Metrics

Overall ratings

The Overall ratings section provides an average rating for your products based on customer reviews. This score ranges from 1 to 5, with 5 stars being the highest rating. Use this metric to gauge the general satisfaction of your customers with your product.

Number of Reviews

This metric shows the total number of reviews received for all products. A higher number of reviews indicates greater customer engagement and interest in your product. Monitor this figure to identify trends and any sudden changes in customer feedback.

Star Rating Distribution

The Star Rating Distribution section displays the percentage of reviews with each star rating (1 to 5 stars) for your product. This information helps you identify patterns and areas that may require improvement. For example, a high percentage of 1-star reviews may signal a product issue that needs to be addressed.
