ShopBase Hero Program – Rewards & Privileges

ShopBase Hero is an exclusive recognition and rewards program for top-performing merchants on PrintBase and PlusBase. The program celebrates sellers who consistently strive for excellence, achieve outstanding milestones, and inspire the community through their success.

Eligibility & Program Policy

To participate in the ShopBase Hero program, sellers must meet the following conditions:

  • Sellers must maintain an active account on PrintBase or PlusBase.

  • Item count is calculated based on cumulative fulfilled orders only (excluding canceled or refunded items).

  • Eligible item sales are accumulated from Jan 01, 2026, onward.

  • The program period runs from Jan 01, 2026, to Dec 31, 2026.

  • For teams with one user email, the total item count includes all stores under the same active email (even closed stores are counted).

  • There is no deadline to reach milestones during the program period. Sellers are recognized immediately upon reaching the required item target.

  • Cashback is applied starting from the first item sold after the seller reaches a tier.

  • Cashback is calculated from the date the seller first reaches a tier within the month until the end of that month.

  • Cashback rewards are paid monthly.

Tiers

The ShopBase Hero program includes 3 achievement tiers with exclusive rewards and privileges based on the total number of fulfilled items sold.

Silver – Warrior

• 300 – 1,000 fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Weekly winning product list
✓ Limited access to new feature testing
✓ Basic business analysis
✓ Prioritized technical support

Gold – Warrior

• 1,000 – 5,000 fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Cashback: $0.15/item
✓ Limited 1-on-1 consultation with ShopBase experts (CM)
✓ 10% discount on one premium theme

🏆 Champion

Silver – Champion

• 5,000 – 10,000 fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Cashback: $0.2/item
✓ Extended 1-on-1 consultation with ShopBase experts (CM)
✓ Detailed business analysis
✓ Prioritized technical support

Gold – Champion

• 10,000 – 30,000 fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Cashback: $0.3/item
✓ Featured on the Top Sellers billboard
✓ 20% discount on one premium theme
✓ Prioritized technical support

👑 Legend

Silver – Legend

• 30,000 – 50,000 fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Cashback: $0.4/item
✓ Priority 1-on-1 consultation with ShopBase experts (CM)
✓ Premium business analysis
✓ Featured success story on ShopBase website or landing page
✓ Invitation to join ShopBase webinars/events as a guest speaker

Gold – Legend

• 50,000+ fulfilled items sold
• Canceled or refunded items are excluded

✓ Cashback: $0.5/item
✓ Free premium theme
✓ Priority 1-on-1 consultation with ShopBase experts (CM)
✓ Featured interviews on ShopBase blogs and social channels
✓ Featured success story on ShopBase website or landing page
