ShopBase Hero – Honoring Outstanding Merchants

ShopBase Hero is a recognition and appreciation program exclusively for top-performing merchants on the ShopBase, PrintBase, and PlusBase ecosystem — those who consistently strive for excellence, achieve impressive milestones, and inspire the entire community.

Eligibility & Program Policy

Sellers must maintain an active account on the ShopBase ecosystem (ShopBase, PrintBase, or PlusBase).

The item count is calculated based on cumulative fulfilled orders (excluding canceled or refunded items).

For teams with one user email, the total item count includes all stores under the same active email (even closed stores are counted).

For teams with multiple user emails, the total item count is aggregated across all the associated email accounts.

There is no time limit for reaching milestones — sellers are recognized as soon as the cumulative target is achieved

Tiers

The ShopBase Hero program features 3 tiers, based on the total number of fulfilled items:
