Introduce the ShopBase Partner Program
The ShopBase Partner Program is designed for groups of designers, developers, marketers, and affiliates, who wish to use ShopBase to build e-commerce websites, themes and apps. As a ShopBase Partner, you can create development stores. A development store is a free ShopBase account that comes with a few limitations. You can use a development store to test any themes or apps that you create or to set up a ShopBase account for a client.
A. Create a development store
B. Features and limitations
Before you can create a development store, you need to create a merchant store here.
Please fill in the register form with the information of your merchant account.
After the register form is filled in, a notification will be created and sent to ShopBase team for review. If the request is accepted, the store with the request is now converted into a development store.
After that, when logging in to ShopBase, you will now see the option Manage public apps and a complete list of partner pages at accounts.shopbase.com. For example, in order to go to Public apps, the URL will be https://accounts.shopbase.com/partners/publicapps.
Each development store will include the features of the Basic Base plan. However, it has some limitations:
Development stores can't make any actual order but you still can process test orders (by using the test gateway payment).
Quotas will be set for variants, images, and daily product import on a store, please refer to this article for more information.
