Verify domain ownership on ShopBase with Facebook Business Manager
This article provides a guide on verifying domain ownership on ShopBase with Facebook Business Manager.

If your domain is bought from ShopBase, follow these steps to verify your domain ownership:
Log in to Facebook Business Manager and select Business Settings.
Select Brand Safety > Domains.
Click Add and enter your domain in the pop-up.
Select Update the DNS TXT record with your domain registrar and copy the TXT record following Facebook's guide.
Log in to your ShopBase store, go to Online store > Domains and click on the domain you want to verify in ShopBase-managed domains section.
Click Add TXT record in Domain ownership verification.
Enter the copied record in step 4 and click Add.
Go back to the previous Domains page in Facebook Business Manager and click Verify domain to finish verifying domain ownership.
Multiple TXT records can be added to one domain.
For domains bought from third party services that is not ShopBase, you can follow these steps to verify domains:
Log in to Facebook Business Manager and select Business Settings.
Select Brand Safety > Domains.
Click Add and enter your domain in the pop-up.
Select Add a meta-tag to your HTML source code and copy the meta-tag following Facebook's guide.
Log in to your ShopBase store, go to Online Store > Preferences.
In Additional scripts section, paste the copied meta-tag from step 4 in the <head> section, then click Save.
Go back to the previous Domains page in Facebook Business Manager and click Verify domain to finish verifying domain ownership.
Under some circumstances, it might take up to 72 hours for Facebook to finish verifying your domain. The status of your domain will switch to Verified once this process is completed.
