A. How much do Buyers pay for shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items a buyer purchases. Please refer to our Product Catalog and select each product for more information.

In case your order includes products with different shipping fees, the first item will be the most costly one and the rest will be additional item(s).

B. How long does it take for orders to reach Buyers?

After the production process is completed, orders are handled by our partners' shipping carrier and are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days in the United States. Due to transit time, international orders may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Please refer to our Product Catalog and select each product for more information.

C. How to set up free shipping for PrintBase orders?

Shipping rate for PrintBase orders is already pre-configured, but you can set free shipping rate suitable for the campaigns you are selling and the regions you are shipping to.

From your PrintBase admin site, go to Settings > Shipping.


In Shipping zones, select Free shipping rate in the shipping zones you want to set up free shipping for.


In Apply free shipping rate when total order value is greater than or equal to, enter the order value. Free shipping will be applied if order value is equal to or greater than number you enter. The default and minimum order value you must enter is $70.


When free shipping rate is applied for PrintBase orders, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the Seller.
