ShopBase provides full support and optimizes content for up-to-date versions of mobile, tablet devices, as well as desktop devices. Visitors who use too old versions may be limited to accessing several content while browsing your online store.

A. Supported browsers for mobile and tablet devices



ShopBase provides complete support and optimizes content for iOS 14 and later, as well as Android 9 and newer versions.

Older versions (IOS 13,12,11 / Android 8,7) are not currently fully supported, however; users will still be able to load page content without encoutering a blank page. Buyers are recommended to use the latest version of these browsers to ensure optimal experience.
When visitors access the website using not-fully-supported browsers, an alert appears, informing them that: Some features are limited to this browser version. To fully access all features and content, please upgrade to IOS 14 / Android 9 or newer.


ShopBase is on the plan to ensure essential functionalities for these older versions, including checkout flow, purchasing actions (Add-to-cart, Buy now...), directing action, navigation (Menu).
