Orders that are unable to be delivered to Buyers due to Restricted Regions/Countries. Notice has not been previously sent to Sellers.
Orders with incorrect address. PrintBase customer support agents are unable to contact Buyer.
Orders that are canceled due to system error.
Orders that are canceled as item(s) was out of stocks for over 14 days
Orders that are changed/canceled upon Buyer's request (within 6 hours since order placement): Basecost, processing fee, and payment fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
Orders that are changed/canceled upon Seller’s request (within 6 hours since order placement): Basecost, and processing fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
Orders that are canceled due to unavailable item: Basecost, processing fee, and payment fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
Orders that cannot be processed due to a force majeure, such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, etc. (the Buyer does not want to keep order and wait for it to be able to process): Basecost, processing fee, and payment fee remain unchanged in the Seller’s balance.
DMCA order/ Fraudulent order that has not been fulfilled: Basecost and processing fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
DMCA order/ Fraudulent order that has been fulfilled: All fees (basecost, processing fee, and payment fee) will be deducted.
Orders that are unable to be delivered to Buyers due to Restricted Regions/Countries. Notice was previously sent to Sellers: Basecost and processing fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
The Buyer has completed their order on the Checkout page but the order’s payment transaction is unsuccessful: Basecost, processing fee, and payment fee remain unchanged in Seller's balance.
