How to import contacts from other services

Importing customer data into ShopBase Creator using a CSV file is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps. Follow this manual to import your customer data from a CSV file into ShopBase Creator.

Step 1: Prepare your data: Before importing customers into ShopBase Creator, make sure you have a properly formatted CSV file with all the necessary data, including customer name, email, and any other relevant information. You can either use ShopBase Creator's CSV template or the exported CSV from one of these platforms: Kajabi, Teachable, Gumroad, SamCart or Circle.

Step 2: Log into your ShopBase Creator account

Step 3: Go to the Customers section of your ShopBase Creator account

Step 4: Select Import

Step 5: Click on Choose File and select the CSV file you wish to import. Then click Continue

Step 6: Choose the products you want to grant access to importing customers. Then click Grant Access. This step is optional only, if you don't plan to grant access to customers, you can choose Skip & Import

That's it! Your customer data has now been imported into ShopBase Creator from the CSV file. Once the import process is complete, you will receive a notification of the successful import through email.

Please note that the import process may take some time depending on the number of customers you have and the size of the data being imported.
