Show product reviews on store

Displaying product reviews can encourage customers to buy your products and enhance your brand's reliability. This article will guide you on how to display product reviews on your ShopBase store by Product Reviews app integrated in all ShopBase stores.

A. Import reviews data to ShopBase store

There are two ways to import product reviews data to your ShopBase store as below:

Import from AliExpress
Import from CSV file

B. Edit product reviews display on ShopBase store

From your ShopBase admin, go to Apps > Product Reviews.


In Customization. you can edit the product reviews display on your store.

Edit elements such as fonts, colors, displayed contents,... in Appearance section.


Edit elements such as reviews arrangement, image position, reviews quantity per page, reviews display on product page in Review widget section.


Edit elements such as reviews display, reviews quantity, reviews arrangement on the homepage and checkout page in Review carousel section. You can click Continue displaying in Checkout page if you want the reviews to be displayed in the checkout page as well.
