How to create questions before customers can access product content

In ShopBase Creator, you can create a series of questions for customers to answer before they access the product content. This feature is useful for gathering information about your customers, understanding their preferences, or obtaining feedback. In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating and managing questions for your product.

Create Questions

Navigate to the product details page of the product for which you want to create questions.

Click on the Questions tab.

In the Questions tab, you can add a description for the form. This description will provide context or instructions for your customers when they encounter the questions.

Click on the Add Question button to create a new question. You can create an unlimited number of questions for your product. There are three types of questions you can create:
- Text: Customers can type their response in a text box.
- Single Select: Customers can choose one answer from a list of options.
- Multi Select: Customers can choose multiple answers from a list of options.

For each question, you can decide whether it is a required question or not by checking the "Required" checkbox. If a question is marked as required, customers must provide an answer before they can access the product content.

When customers access the product content for the first time, they will be presented with the question form before they can view the content. They must complete the form and submit their answers to gain access to the product content.

Review Customer Answers

You can view the customers' answers to your questions in the Members tab on the product details page. This information can be valuable for tailoring your content, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

By following these steps, you can create a series of questions for your customers to answer before accessing the product content. This feature allows you to gather valuable information about your customers and enhance their experience with your products.
