After installing Boost Convert, data of orders within 30 days will be synced to the app in 5-60 minutes.
If your store hasn't had sales yet, there will be no data to sync and you will see Sample Data in Notification list.

When a new order comes in, the app will automatically sync and create a notification for it. However, these orders below might not be synced:

Orders of deleted items.

Quick Sale orders made through POS ( Point of Sale) channel.

Archived orders can't be detected and synced by the app. Please do not set automatically archived after being fulfilled for orders.

Orders lacking information such as their email, city, country.

Orders using phone numbers to check out.

More than 60-day orders since the day you install Boost Convert.
