There are two types of issues that need more evidences to support your CrossPanda claims: Shipping issue and Product issue.

A. Shipping issue

At this moment, we require no proof for cases regarding package's shipping issue. You can submit your claim normally without evidence.

B. Product issue

To ensure a speedy resolution, please include these followings when you file your claim:
If the product is dysfunctional: A video capturing the defect.
If the product is a different item comparing to order: A picture of the different product (plus a photo of size label if the product is shoes or clothes) and its shipping label.
