To make the best of our fulfillment service, it is fundamental to fully understand order status to help manage them way more effectively.

On CrossPanda admin dashboard, please go to tab Fulfillment and choose My orders. You will see your orders displaying in 10 different status:

To order: These orders have been paid by your customers and are waiting for you to map with products in stock. Please check whether you request a quotation for that order's products and make purchase to send fulfillment request.

Failed: Orders couldn't be fulfilled due to lack of inventory, missing or inappropriate information. Please correct order information or restock products..

Alert: Orders couldn’t be fulfilled due to missing or inappropriate information such as shortage of shipping address or shipping carrier not found. Please double check your order and correct its information.

Ready to fulfill: Orders come with available products in your stock and are ready to be shipped. By default, the page will be directed to this tab when you visit My orders. All you need to do is to press fulfill orders and check these ones on the Send fulfillment request tab.

On hold: Orders that need customer's reconfirmation before sending fulfillment request. Your customers may contact you to request canceling their orders or change product of the orders. Keep these orders in this tab until your customers confirm how they want you to process the orders.

Awaiting stock: Orders whose items are on the way to the CrossPanda warehouse. When the items arrive, you will receive a notification email and it will automatically send the fulfillment request for these orders to us (order status change to Sent fulfillment request).

Send fulfillment request: Orders that are requested to fulfill and waiting for the warehouse team to process. You can also cancel orders at this stage by clicking Cancel fulfillment.

In processing: The warehouse team is doing final preparation such as packing, labeling, inspecting before sending the orders to the carrier. If you want to cancel fulfillment for any orders at this stage, please contact us directly.

Shipped: Orders are delivered to Logistics partner and tracking numbers are uploaded to our system.

All orders: All of your orders will be listed here to give you an overview of your business.
