Send customers a link to their abandoned checkout
On ShopBase, you can send your customer a link to their abandoned checkout to complete their payment and recover the order. You can also set up automatic emails and SMS reminders to remind customers to complete their abandoned checkouts on ShopBase.
From your ShopBase admin, go to Orders > Abandoned checkouts.
Click on the abandoned checkout of the customer you want to send recovery link to.
Copy the recover link in the Timeline section. You can directly send this link to your customers so that they can complete their order payments.
