D. Fees & costs
E. FBA order processing and shipping time

A. Import FBA orders using Google Sheets

Export your orders from Amazon.
Use the PrintBase FBA Fulfill Template to enter your order data. You must fill out all Required columns, while the Optional columns can be left blank.
Order date (required): The date the order was submitted to PrintBase.
Name (required): Unique identifier for the order, or Order name.
Reference Id (optional): Reference ID of your order.
Shop_user mail (required): The user's email on ShopBase.
Product Id (required): The Product ID listed on our Catalog here that you want to fulfill. For example, Unisex T-shirt is acceptable.
Lineitem Quantity (required): The total number of variants ordered.
Lineitem Sku (required): The SKU of your items.
Size (required): The size of the Product ID that you want to fulfill.
Color (required): The color of the Product ID that you want to fulfill. You can check the supported color values on each product sheet. For example, the color list here for apparel (2D).
Artwork Front Url (required for all products having one side): URL of the front artwork for your desired product (format: JPG/PNG and downloadable or Google Drive image URL).
Artwork Back Url (required for all products having two sides): URL of the back artwork for your desired product (format: JPG/PNG and downloadable or Google Drive image URL).
Mockup Front Url (required): URL of the front mockup for your desired product (format: JPG/PNG and downloadable or Google Drive image URL).
Mockup Back Url (required): URL of the back mockup for your desired product (format: JPG/PNG and downloadable or Google Drive image URL).
SKU barcodes (required): The file link for barcodes exported from Amazon for each SKU.
Shipping label (required): The shipping label file link exported from Amazon.

The first line/row of the CSV file needs to include the titles of the fields described above, and you need to fill in all required fields. The order of titles can be arranged arbitrarily.
The order name (the Name field) must be unique. All order information in the imported file with the same name will be combined into one and delivered to the customer. If there is an order in another CSV file with the same name as the one available on the system, the existing order information is deleted or overwritten.
Artwork (whether front or back) should be in RGB color mode to achieve the best quality when fulfilling.

B. FBA order payment

After entering the complete FBA order data into the Google sheet file, you need to send this file's public link to PrintBase via Live chat, or email us at support@shopbase.com.
Within 1 business day of receiving your list of FBA orders, PrintBase will notify you of the total payment amount and payment method for these orders via Live chat or email from support@shopbase.com. We will process these orders once the payments have been completed and PrintBase has confirmed the payment.

C. FBA order tracking

Order processing time begins on the first business day after all necessary information and payment are completed for the orders.
Once PrintBase has processed the orders, we will update the statuses of the orders in the Google sheet file to In processing.
When an order is shipped to an Amazon warehouse and has a tracking number, PrintBase will add the tracking number to the Google sheet file so you can track the order's shipping status.

D. Fees & costs

Fees for FBA orders include the product base cost and the shipping fee. Details can be found here:

Base cost
Shipping fee

E. FBA order processing and shipping time

On average, products are manufactured within 5-7 business days of payment. The standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. However, depending on a variety of factors, production and shipping times for each product may vary.
