Currently ShopBase Creator has no limit on the size of attachment files you can upload to our platform. A file that is too large in size, on the other hand, can significantly slow down your file uploading process, not only when creating a new product, but also when your members download your file. To achieve the best performance and maintain optimized file upload and download speed, we recommend that each file uploaded be no larger than 5MB in size.
